Hi All – After much pressure from Emma and Barney, I've finally agreed
to add my picture to the column so you can put a face to the name.
Recently I've received a few queries from players who have not received
responses to emails they've sent to support. If you experience a similar
issue, make sure you check your spam or junk folder as we've found some
internet providers are a little enthusiastic in their filtering. Also,
make sure you advise us of any changes to your email address. This will
ensure any messages you send are automatically linked to your Casino
account details and prevent our own spam filters from intervening in the
process!
Also just a reminder that we do value your feedback and if you do have
any comments or concerns regarding the support you have received you can

. I personally monitor these comments and make sure we investigate and
respond to everything received.
